Solstice offers sound-based relaxation and meditation content, including ambient soundscapes and binaural / brainwave-style audio. It is designed for general wellbeing and relaxation only.

These Terms govern your use of the Solstice app and website provided by People Harmonics (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Solstice, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Solstice for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or extract the app's audio content or software except as permitted by law.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know of any unauthorised use.
Premium tiers may be offered as paid subscriptions. When purchases are enabled, the price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown to you before you buy, and are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that provider before the renewal date. Statutory rights to cancel or a refund, where they apply, are unaffected. (In-app purchases are not active at the time of writing.)
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it in any unlawful way.
Solstice, its name, design, software, and audio content are owned by People Harmonics or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
Solstice lets you download or export audio — meditations you generate in the Studio, and files that combine our audio content with an AI-generated voice. Those files are covered by the same personal, non-commercial licence as the rest of Solstice (section 2). You may keep them, play them, and listen to them yourself.
You may not publish, broadcast, distribute, sell, or monetise them, or upload them to any platform that hosts or distributes audio or video — including YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, podcast services, or stock-audio libraries — without our written permission.
Those platforms run automated content-matching systems. Because a downloaded file may contain audio owned by People Harmonics or its licensors, and a synthetic voice supplied by a third-party provider under its own terms, uploading one can trigger a copyright claim, a takedown, or a strike against your account. You are responsible for how you use a file once you have downloaded it, and for any claim, dispute, or loss that results. We give no warranty that a downloaded file is free of third-party rights, and we are not liable for claims arising from any use outside the licence above.
If you want to use Solstice audio commercially or publicly, ask us first — write to hello@peopleharmonics.com. Some uses we can license; some we cannot, because we do not hold every right ourselves.
Solstice is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result. See also the Health & Safety notice above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, People Harmonics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Solstice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your use of relaxation and audio content is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update these Terms as the app develops. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, provide clearer notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
